What is The Leadership Institute?

The Leadership Institute is a membership organization established in 1992 which provides a unique opportunity for senior leadership teams from advanced care delivery systems to focus on new issues and problems collectively rather than in isolation. By providing a strategic, deliberative process for members to explore and assess the challenges and requirements of provider delivery systems, The Leadership Institute enhances the capacity of senior leadership teams to manage and to govern as they forge new frontiers in health care delivery.
